Terms of Service

These terms apply to every booking arranged with Rafay Rent a Car Lahore through our website, our app, WhatsApp or by phone.

1. What we provide

We provide chauffeur-driven vehicle rental. A professional driver is included with every vehicle and is part of the price. We do not offer self-drive rentals under any circumstances, and a vehicle is never handed over without our driver.

2. Requests, quotes and confirmation

Submitting a form on this website creates a booking request, not a confirmed booking. You will receive a reference number immediately so we can both track it. We then check availability and send you a written quote. The booking is confirmed only when you accept that quote and we acknowledge the acceptance.

Nothing is charged at the request stage.

3. Quotes

A quote is valid until the date shown on it. After that, prices may need to be re-checked because fuel, tolls and availability change. A quote covers the vehicle, the driver and the items listed on it. Anything not listed is not included.

4. Availability and vehicle substitution

We hold the specific vehicle you booked wherever we can. If it becomes unavailable through breakdown, accident or an overrun on a previous trip, we will supply a vehicle of the same class or better at no extra cost, and we will tell you before pickup. We never advertise a vehicle as guaranteed before availability is confirmed.

5. Your responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time.
• Do not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. The driver may refuse to travel if it is exceeded, for safety and legal reasons.
• Keep luggage within the stated capacity, or tell us in advance so we can send the right vehicle.
• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
• The vehicle may not be used for anything unlawful. The driver may end the trip if it is.
• Damage caused by a passenger beyond normal use is chargeable.

6. Waiting time

A reasonable free waiting period is included and is stated on your quote. Airport arrivals are given a longer allowance because flights are delayed. Beyond that, waiting is charged at the rate on your quote.

7. Tolls, parking and extra costs

Motorway tolls, city parking, inter-provincial permits and similar third-party charges are billed at cost unless your quote says they are included. Night charges, if they apply, are shown on the quote before you accept.

8. Delays outside our control

We plan for traffic, but we are not liable for losses caused by road closures, weather, protests, security operations, vehicle breakdown or other events outside our control. If a delay is our fault, tell us and we will make it right.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote. We accept cash, bank transfer and payment link. Corporate accounts may be invoiced monthly by prior arrangement. We never ask for card details by phone, email or WhatsApp.

11. Driver conduct

Our drivers are expected to be punctual, courteous and safe. If one is not, tell us — with the booking reference — and we will investigate. Equally, our drivers are entitled to be treated with respect, and we will end a booking where they are not.

12. Weddings and events

Wedding and event bookings often involve several vehicles and long hours. These are quoted individually, usually require confirmation further in advance, and may have their own cancellation terms, which will be stated on the quote.

13. Liability

Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where the law does not allow that limit. Personal belongings left in a vehicle remain your responsibility, though we will always try to return them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you accept your quote.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
