Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, and what happens if you do.
Plans change. We would much rather you told us early than left a driver waiting, so our policy is written to reward telling us early.
Cancelling a request that is not yet confirmed
Free, always. If you have only sent a booking request and not accepted a quote, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay. Just reply to us or call 03214850003.
Cancelling a confirmed booking

No-show
If nobody arrives at the pickup point and we cannot reach you on the number given, the driver will wait for the agreed free waiting period and then leave. That is treated as a no-show and the trip is chargeable.
Please keep your phone reachable around pickup time — a single missed call is the most common cause of a wasted booking on both sides.
Airport pickups
Flight delays are not your fault and we do not treat them as a cancellation. Give us the flight number when you book and we will track the arrival and adjust the pickup. If the flight is cancelled entirely, tell us as soon as you know and there is no charge.
Wedding, event and multi-vehicle bookings
These block out several vehicles and drivers for a whole day, so they carry their own terms, which are stated on your quote before you accept it. As a general rule we ask for at least 48 hours notice.
If we have to cancel
If we cannot supply your booking, we will tell you as early as possible and either supply an equivalent or better vehicle at no extra cost, or refund anything you have paid in full. We will never simply not turn up.
Refunds
Where a refund is due it is returned by the same method you paid, normally within seven working days.
