Do your rentals include a driver?
Yes. Every Rafay Rent a Car booking is chauffeur-driven and the driver is included in the price. We do not offer self-drive rentals.
How do I book a car?
Send us a booking request through this website, the app, or WhatsApp. You will get a reference number immediately. We then confirm the vehicle and send you a written quote before anything is final.
Is the price on the website final?
Where a rate is shown it is an estimate for a standard trip. Tolls, parking, waiting time, night charges and extra kilometres can change the total, so we always confirm the final price in writing before the trip.
How far in advance should I book?
For city travel a few hours is usually enough. For airport transfers, weddings, Coaster bookings and intercity trips, please book at least a day ahead so we can hold the right vehicle.
Do you go outside Lahore?
Yes. We run intercity trips across Pakistan — Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Murree and beyond — one way or round trip.
